Time to Get The Camera Out

The start of my filming journey was rocky at first. I went to film and it seemed like everything that could go wrong did. I decided to try again the next day to film. This day it went a little better and I was able to film a good portion of my music video. The song I am making my music video to has a really strong meaning behind it for me. So while filming and acting in my music video there were definitely a few tears that were shed. To start filming I cleaned the area I was filming in and cleaned the camera I was using. I did this to ensure a clear image while filming. I started by filming an over the shoulder shot. After that shot was complete I filmed my next shot. This was a pan of two people sitting on the couch. This scene took a couple tries to get it how I wanted it to look. After I was happy with the results of the last scene I moved onto filming the next. The next scene I was filming was a wide shot that took place in a bedroom. The lighting I wanted for this scene was not easily achievable. However, in the end I got it to the right lighting I wanted. This was a new filming location so to prepare for the scenes getting shot in this area I cleaned up the place and got all the props or items needed to make the scenes filmed in this area possible. The next two scenes were also filmed in the bedroom. We decided to finish the next to scenes which were shorter scenes. After filming those two scenes. After filming the last scenes for the day, I went and watched the videos that we filmed today to make sure I didn't have to film anymore or re-film anything. Once I made sure I was happy with the results I started to plan for the next day of filming. After plans were made we concluded work for the day.
